I still plan on doing a recap of my first week of the 28 Day Jumpstart as well as my 15k but I’m so excited to say that I’ve eaten clean ALL WEEK. This may not be a big deal to some but man, the struggle is real and it’s so refreshing to know that I can succeed once I truly put my mind to it.
Anyway, here are my favorites for the week 🙂
Infuser Water Bottles
Since water has been the only drink I’ve consumed all week and will continue to be the only thing I consume, I wanted to add some fruit flavoring to it without using my usual Mio additive. I ordered this infuser bottle from Motivational Bottle and I’m excited to use it. The quote, “Strive for Progress, Not Perfection,” is pretty much my mantra right now and I love that I’ll be able to look at it everyday. There are regular water bottles as well as shaker bottles on the site with different quotes.
Since I most of the day while at work , it was suggested I use a wobble cushion to help maintain better posture and to workout my core. Wellll, I tried the wobble cushion for the first time yesterday and I could totally feel the difference versus when I sit on my chair without the wobble cushion. Right now I’ve been alternating one hour on, one hour off. I don’t think I could handle sitting on it all day right now.
Cinderella is one of my favorite Disney movies so when I found out a live-action version was out, I immediately put it on my must-see list. I’m hoping to go see it this weekend but since I’ll be in San Diego this weekend, it may have to wait until next weekend. My mom mentioned she wants to see it so I look forward to seeing it with her.
