I mistakenly set this post as a blog page, lol. It’s from either end of January or early February, I don’t even remember. Anyway, here it is!
I figured I’d type up a quick blog post before I went to the grocery store. My motivation to blog has been absent lately. Part of it I can probably blame on laziness, but I do feel I should blog at least once a week. Hopefully I will do better next month.
I’ve started cleaning out my closet and other parts of my room. On my last post, I was reminded about Marie Kondo’s book, The Art of Tidying Up. I read it back in 2015 and never actually tried her methods. Fast forward to now, her folding method is a total game changer. I love that my drawers are so organized now! I still have much more to do but it’s a great start. Thanks for the reminder Sunnie! So far I’ve donated three bags of clothes to Goodwill and will donate more soon.
As far as health and weight loss goes, after a couple weeks of struggling, I’m finally back on track with my Keto diet. After indulging during the holidays, it was extremely difficult for me to get back on track. It’s so easy to snack on foods you’re not supposed to eat. I think if I had never cheated back in November, this wouldn’t have been a problem. I need to learn that holidays aren’t an excuse to fall off the wagon.
I’ve been running a lot, and will soon be starting another strength training program, Strong Curves, with my sister-in-law. We were supposed to start tomorrow buuut I am still reading the book so my start date may be pushed back until next Monday.
Anyway, I need to get to the store so I can meal prep for the week. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
